1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Do Slap: Slap Fun mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Mou.Apps ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. About the Application

Do Slap: Slap Fun is designed to provide slap-themed casual entertainment, reaction-based gameplay, humorous sound or visual effects, score interactions, and related fun features for supported mobile devices. Some features may depend on device compatibility, operating system support, internet connectivity, or platform permissions.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are legally able to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services except as permitted by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the Application except where applicable law allows it;
• use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or violent purposes;
• misuse slap-themed content in a way that encourages real-world harm, bullying, or unsafe conduct;
• interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services;
• use automated means to scrape, collect, manipulate, or access content in an unauthorized way.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, logos, design elements, characters, visual effects, gameplay flows, and other materials included in the Services are owned by or licensed to Mou.Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

7. Game Content

The slap-themed animations, game mechanics, visual elements, sound effects, scores, and related entertainment content available through the Application are provided for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload to competing services, or commercially exploit content made available through the Services without prior permission from the applicable rights holder.

The Application is intended for casual entertainment. It should not be used to promote real violence, harassment, bullying, or unsafe behavior.

8. Third-Party Services and Content

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or may rely on third-party tools, analytics providers, advertising partners, hosting providers, app stores, payment processors, or platform services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Advertisements

The Application may display advertisements, sponsored placements, or promotional content provided by third parties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party products, services, claims, links, or offers shown in such advertisements.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Services in a manner that could cause harm, legal exposure, or service disruption. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will meet your requirements, display correctly on every device, or operate without interruption or error.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mou.Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, business, device functionality, or content arising from or related to your use of the Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Services after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Uninstallation Instructions

If you are unsatisfied with the Application or want to stop using it, you can uninstall the Application through your device's app management settings or through the Google Play uninstall flow where available. Uninstalling the Application generally removes its local app features from your device, subject to device and operating system behavior.

Due to platform and device limitations, we cannot uninstall the Application, change device settings, or modify subscription details on your behalf. For help managing Android subscriptions, please use Google's official subscription management resources or your Google Play account settings.
